Description

The purpose of this method is to make a prebook of seats to a specific arrangement. The method returns all relevant informations requiered for setting up a form to be posted to DIBS. In order to do so, creditcard type should be handled over as parameter because the final price depends on the that specific choice.

The complete price also depends on whether a specified cardholder has payed for the ebillet-card.

The rest of the parameters are included in this call so that the service can check the syntax, defined by the organizer.

The method should be called every time a new choice of creditcard type has been made.
